Tiffany Prince, owner of Prince Performance, provides training/ facilitation, change management techniques and business strategy processes to a range of companies and industries. Tiffany is an experienced Change Practitioner with first-hand knowledge of Business Professional Services, US Federal Government, Financial Services and Biotechnology sectors.
She has designed and led international development and change programs in the US and EMEA region, working with Fortune 500 and FTSE 250 companies. Her expertise encompasses Performance-based Consulting, Change Management, Coaching, Project Management and Lean.
As Director, Curriculum Solutions-EMEA with ESI, Tiffany led a team that analyzed, designed and delivered customized learning programs for internal and external stakeholders, enabling client organizations to meet critical strategic goals through the alignment of capability and methodology. Tiffany is also a skilled Trainer and Facilitator.
Tiffany was awarded a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Global Business Management, from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marine Biology from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. She has served as the President of the Metro DC Chapter of the American Society of Training and Development. She was invited to join the Learning Directors Network within the Learning Performance Institute, an exclusive network for Learning & Development Directors in leading UK and Global learning and performance organizations.
She currently lives in the Chicago area with her husband Karl.
Dr. William J. Ryan
Principal Consultant at PPP
William J. Ryan, PhD is the Principal Consultant with Ryan Consulting, LLC and provides performance-based strategic planning, as well as technical guidance to organizations that want to move their training and learning efforts to the next level.
Prior to this he was the Executive Director of the Learn on Demand online competency program at the Kentucky Community & Technical College System (KCTCS), a VP of Education for a regional home health company and has held positions as National Leader for Curriculum and Technology Solutions with Humana Inc., serving a global learning community focused on performance improvement. Bills diverse experience is focused in supporting learning and performance improvement initiatives for government agencies, academic institutions and Fortune 50. He done this quite successfully for over 20 years.
Bill holds a M.S. from Ithaca College focused on Instructional Design, and a Ph.D. in Computing Technology in Education from Nova Southeastern University.
He lives in the Louisville area with his wife and two daughters, enjoys sailing, winter skiing trips in Colorado and quality time with his wife and twin daughters.

Dr. Karen L. McGraw, "The Performance Doc," is the president and a principal consultant at Silver Bear Group and Partner with Platinum Performance Partners. She is an accomplished consultant and coach specializing in business consulting, organizational effectiveness, performance improvement, leadership development, change, and training. For over 30 years, she has helped clients improve the value of their most important asset--their people--by finding and removing barriers to peak performance at organizational, process,and individual levels.
She specializes in human performance improvement (HPI), leadership development, change management, and technology optimization.
Dr. McGraw is a co-developer of Performance DNA, the leading methodology for analyzing and improving human performance, EASE, a practical organizational change management model and methodology, and the Human Capital Capability Scorecard (precursor to the McBassi Index). She has published 6 books and over 50 articles or white papers on topics ranging from knowledge engineering and performance support, to employee collaboration, change management, and performance improvement. Her most recent book (2014) is Breaking Tape: 7 Steps to Winning at Work and Life, which was co-authored with Dennis Mankin.
Dr. McGraw is a Facilitator in ATD's Human Performance Improvement Certificate Program. Previously, she has been an adjunct faculty member for the University of Texas, Arlington and the University of Maryland. She holds doctorate and master's degrees from Texas Tech University, where she studied cognitive and educational psychology, psycholinguistics, and curriculum and instruction..
She is a proud Chickasaw and lives in Austin, TX with her husband Bruce and her friendly cats and dogs.

Mr. Mankin is the founder and Managing Partner at Platinum Performance Partners (PPP). He has an extensive professional background in human performance improvement (HPI), including 30 years in senior management, consulting, coaching, training, and consultative positions working in organizations worldwide.
His specialty is in the study of Human Performance Improvement (HPI). Dennis has assisted many organizations, worldwide, in meeting and exceeding aggressive and competitive organizational goals and improving overall business results through his collaborative consulting work in performance analysis, training and performance improvement processes and technologies.
He became a Certified Performance Technologist (CPT) in 2003, through the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) and the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and sponsored by Dr. Joe Harless a founding father in this industry.
He is also the co-author and co-publisher, with the ATD of the acclaimed Performance DNA™ methodology and tools used by over 6,000 HPI analysts worldwide. Mr.Mankin delivers public and corporate workshops for PPP and ATD worldwide. Mr. Mankin has authored numerous articles on ‘performance improvement and is also the co-author, with Dr. Karen McGraw, of the book Breaking Tape – 7 Steps to Winning at Work and Life. Dennis has been a guest author in other books published here and abroad.
Dennis lives and works in the mountains north of Asheville NC where he hikes mountain trials, canoes and enjoys mountain life with his wife and two dogs, occasionally rebuilding classic autos in his garage.
